According to the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, since the launch of the Ukrainian maritime corridor in September 2023, it has already transported 200 million tons of cargo. Out of this volume, 118 million tons were grain, with a total of over 7.8 thousand vessels processed. Last year, Ukraine's seaports handled 82.2 million tons of cargo against a target of 86.2 million tons, representing over 95% of the plan. At the same time, the forecasted cargo turnover of 81.77 million tons was exceeded, reaching 100.5%. Separately, GMK Center reported that more than 8.9 million tons of cargo were handled through the Danube ports of Izmail, Reni, and Ust-Danube in 2025.
